Requests for Proposals - Clinical Lead Interventionist for Correctional Facility Risk Reduction Program-NSCF

2019-03-06: The Vermont Department of Corrections has an obligation to the public and the offender population to provide services targeting the risks and offenses of the offender population. VT DOC employs Evidenced Based Principles for working effectively with risk offenders; specifically, the Risk-Needs-Responsivity model. VT DOC assesses offender risk areas, targets criminogenic need areas, and utilizes a multidisciplinary approach for targeted intervention. Services provided are in a group model aligning with the evidence-based interventions. Cognitive behavioral and motivational interventions are used in conjunction with the consideration of responsivity factors to improve engagement and a structure of supervision to support fidelity and consistency in program delivery.

2019-02-22: There have been some changes to the RFP for comprehensive correctional healthcare services as it relates to the schedule of events.

Requests for Proposals - Industrial Kitchen Consultant (STATEWIDE)

2018-12-27: The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC), is seeking proposals to for consultation to the Department regarding use of facility kitchen/s in culinary training and/management opportunities for inmates. Anticipated contract period will be April 1, 2019 through March 30, 2020 with option to renew for two consecutive one-year periods. The option to renew will be based upon performance of contractor and continued funding.
