Requests for Proposals - Writing Recovery Workshops

2017-12-13: The Contractor will provide to the State writing recovery workshops which are a series of writing workshops focused on stories of addiction and recovery. The Contractor will have participants write about their personal stories of struggle, perseverance, moments of doubt and inspiration and the slow but steady work of renewal and healing from addiction. The Contractor will include creative writing, poetry, non-fiction, and some humor in each workshop

Three Requests for Proposals - Cognitive Behavioral Risk Interventions Services

2017-12-12: The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC), Program Services Division is seeking proposals to deliver cognitive behavioral risk reduction services to offenders assessed with a moderate to high risk of re-offending. Risk intervention services are delivered as part of a developing multi-disciplinary service system which includes the facilitation of manualized curriculum and clinical groups. Proposals may be submitted by interested individuals and/or organizations. Proposals must outline the roles that the individual and/or organization is submitting the bid upon.

Requests for Proposals - Community Justice Center

2017-12-04: The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC), Community and Restorative Justice Unit is seeking proposals to operate a Community Justice Center(s) (CJC) in the greater Springfield and Bellows Falls area, specifically the Springfield Probation and Parole (Springfield P&P ) District including the following towns: Andover, Ascutney, Bellows Falls, Brownsville, Cavendish, Chester, Grafton, Londonderry, Ludlow, North Springfield, Plymouth, Proctorsville, Reading, Rockingham, Saxtons River, South Londonderry, Springfield, Weathersfield, Weston, Windham, and Winsor). This funding is available for municipality(s) or non-profit organization(s) within the greater Springfield Probation & Parole District. Anticipated grant period will be July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020 with option to renew for two consecutive one-year periods. The option to renew will be based upon performance of grantee and continued funding.

Requests for Proposals - Supportive Housing for Individuals Returning to the Community from Incarceration

2017-11-30: The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking proposals for programs that provide supportive housing for individuals reentering the community from incarceration. The anticipated grant period will be July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2020, with the option to renew for an additional two-year period. The option to renew will be based upon the performance of grantee and continued funding.
